• Practice and review with spaced repetition
• Track your progress across subjects over time, all on your device
• Study in your preferred language across the supported set

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
• You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

By using Mastery Mate, you may:

• Take daily quizzes and practice sessions
• Study vocabulary and topics in your chosen language
• Track your learning progress and review history on your device

You agree:

• To only submit content you have the right to share
• Not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Not to attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

We take your privacy seriously. Mastery Mate runs entirely on your device and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.

• Mastery Mate is completely free to use.
• There are no subscriptions, paid tiers, or in-app purchases.

• Everything you do in the app — your answers, progress, and history — stays on your device and belongs to you.
• Because the app runs entirely on your device, we never receive, access, or store your content.
• We do not sell your data or use it to train any models — we simply never have it.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the app
• Distribute modified or repackaged versions of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

• The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or bug-free operation.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Because the app does not use accounts, there is nothing for us to terminate. You can stop using it at any time by deleting it from your device.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales.
