• Schedule and manage lessons and coaching sessions
• Track student progress and session notes
• Organise your tutoring or coaching workload in one place
• Log notes, invoices, and milestones per student

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• The Service is intended primarily for tutors, coaches, and educators.

• You may register using an email address or a supported sign-in provider (e.g. Apple, Google).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not impersonate anyone else or use another person's account without permission.

By using Rota, you may:

• Add and manage students or clients
• Schedule lessons and track attendance
• Log session notes and track progress over time

You agree:

• To only enter data about individuals with their knowledge and consent
• To comply with applicable data privacy laws when handling student or client information
• Not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose

We take your data seriously. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before storing information about your students or clients. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• Rota is free to use, with an optional Pro subscription for enhanced features.
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may update pricing with prior notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

• You retain ownership of all data and notes you create.
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content to operate and improve the app.
• We will not sell your data or use it to train publicly available models without your explicit consent.

You must not:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload false, deceptive, or misleading information
• Distribute harmful software or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the app
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

• The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or bug-free operation.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales.
