Q1: Do I need to be a member to use the app?

You can access general content such as events, announcements, and foundation information without an account. To access your member profile and view other members, you need to apply for membership.

Q2: How do I apply for membership?

Go to the "Membership" tab and fill in the "Apply" form. Your application will be forwarded to the board; you will be notified of the approval or rejection decision.

Q3: How long does it take to process my application?

The board typically reviews applications within its meeting cycle. You can track the status of your application from the "Membership" tab.

Q4: Notifications are not coming through. What should I do?

Check that notification permission is enabled in your device's Settings > SASYAD section. If the permission is off, open the app and grant it again.

Q5: How do I update my profile information?

Go to your profile page in the "Membership" tab and tap the edit icon. You can update your name, city, and contact details.

Q6: I noticed a bug or issue in the app. What should I do?

Please send an email to the address above describing which screen you were on and how the issue occurred; we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q7: Why is my surname not shown in the Surnames section?

This section shows the registered branches of the Sarıhasan lineage. If you think information is missing, you can write to the support email.
