• Help you build and maintain daily habits with AI coaching
• Track streaks, slips, and patterns across your routines
• Surface personalised insights from your notes and behaviour
• Send reminders and check-ins to keep you on track

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
• You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

• You may register using an email address or a supported sign-in provider (e.g. Apple, Google).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not impersonate anyone else or use another person's account without permission.

By using Wend AI, you may:

• Create and track personal habits and routines
• Write daily notes and receive AI-generated insights
• Review your progress history and coaching summaries

You agree:

• To only submit content you have the right to share
• Not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Not to attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

We take your data seriously. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• Wend AI is free to use, with an optional Pro subscription for enhanced features.
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may update pricing with prior notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

• You retain ownership of any notes, habits, and data you create.
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content to operate and improve the app.
• We will not sell your data or use it to train publicly available models without your explicit consent.

You must not:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload false, deceptive, or misleading information
• Distribute harmful software or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the app
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

Wend AI uses machine learning and large language models to generate coaching insights. While designed for helpfulness and accuracy, AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for evaluating the suggestions before acting on them. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

• The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or bug-free operation.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales.
