• Connect members of the SASYAD family foundation
• Access events, announcements, and foundation updates
• Record and view donation history
• Communicate with foundation members in one quiet place

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
• The Service is intended for members of the SASYAD family foundation.

• You may register using an email address or a supported sign-in provider (e.g. Apple, Google).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not impersonate anyone else or use another person's account without permission.

By using SASYAD, you may:

• View the foundation member directory
• RSVP to and receive reminders for foundation events
• Make and track donations to foundation causes
• Read announcements and foundation news

You agree:

• To only submit content you have the right to share
• Not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Not to attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

We take your data seriously. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• Donations made through the app are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
• Donations are generally non-refundable once processed.
• We are not responsible for the final allocation of donated funds beyond the foundation's stated purposes.

• You retain ownership of any personal data you provide.
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content to operate and improve the app.
• We will not sell your data or use it to train publicly available models without your explicit consent.

You must not:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload false, deceptive, or misleading information
• Distribute harmful software or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the app
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

• The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or bug-free operation.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales.
