Terms and Conditions

• Follow the motorsport season: the calendar, the grid, the championship tables and results back to 1950
• Watch the live order, intervals, tyres and pit status while a session is running
• Keep the next session on your home screen with widgets, a Live Activity and a countdown
• Learn how the sport works through a twenty six lesson course, with drills built on real results

• The app is rated 4+ and has no age restriction of its own.
• A purchase requires an Apple Account, which Apple restricts by age.
• You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

By using Pitwall, you may:

• Follow sessions, standings, results and live timing for your own personal use
• Call pole, the podium and the fastest lap in the local picks game, scored on your device
• Work through the course, the drills and the glossary at your own pace

You agree:

• Pitwall is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, the FIA or any team. F1, FORMULA ONE and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing BV.
• Timing and results are unofficial. They can lag the broadcast by several seconds, can be corrected after publication, and can stop without warning. Nothing in the app is an official classification.
• The app is for following the sport. It is not a betting service, and it must not be relied on for wagering or for any other decision with money attached.
• News headlines link to the publisher’s own page and stay their property. We do not host or edit them.

We take your privacy seriously. Pitwall has no account and no analytics. It does request public sport data and news directly from their sources, and asks its update service whether a newer version exists; the Privacy Policy lists exactly what that involves. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.

• Pitwall is free to use. Everything drawn from the public results database stays free, because its licence requires it.
• Pitwall Pro is an optional one-off purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.
• It unlocks seven further app icons and the course beyond its first level. No live timing, calendar, standings or results feature sits behind it.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. All billing is handled by Apple; we never see or store your payment details.
• You can restore the purchase on any device signed in to the same Apple Account, from the Pro screen in the app.
• We use RevenueCat to check whether the purchase is active. It records the purchase and a device identifier that is not linked to your identity.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Fees are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.

• Your favourites, your picks, your course progress and your settings stay on your device and belong to you.
• Because the app has no accounts and no server of ours, we never receive your picks, your favourites, or your progress.
• The app requests public sport data directly from the sources listed in the Privacy Policy, and nothing identifying you travels with those requests.
• We do not sell your data or use it to train any models, because we never have it.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the app
• Distribute modified or repackaged versions of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

• The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or bug-free operation.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of England and Wales.
